When you are looking to build a profitable lifestyle business there are points where you need to leverage other people’s time, skills and resources in order to get to the ‘next level’ of business success.

This is often an uncomfortable process, but as Gary shares, you have to ‘let go to grow’. First outsource finances (like a bookkeeper) then bring in an administrator (get that admin off your desk!), bring in a marketer (marketing is the life blood of your business), then get a PA (maybe you promote the admin person to PA), then get someone in to handles sales, by which point you might want to create an Operations Manager role to manage the rest of that team.
